Aside from the size of the dial, you may also consider the size of the watch casing. The sizes available are 28mm and 32mm, shown on a female wrist on the left and a male wrist on the right. The Petite Mesh collection (Melrose, Evergold, Sterling, and Ashfield) is also available in 36mm, but the straps for the 36mm watches are not interchangeable.
